①彩涂板在生产制造的全过程中，出入口查验镜上带尘土，也有一部分辊子上也是尘土，尘土会立即危害到彩涂板的工艺性能，也许一开始的那时候主要表现不出去，可是一旦時间长了，或是在太阳的曝晒下就会出現掉漆的状况。

②钝化处理板温生产工艺流程要求是每2个钟头查验一次，缘故就是说彩涂板生产商的工作员在查验的时候沒有定时执行的对钝化处理板温开展追踪。特别是在是冬季的那时候，2个钟头内溫度转变也较为大，最后会导致彩涂板时效性，在压型板的那时候会产生刮伤掉漆的状况。

② The production process of passivation treatment plate temperature is required to be checked every 2 hours, which means that the staff of the color coated plate manufacturer did not track the passivation treatment plate temperature regularly during the inspection. Especially in winter, the temperature changes greatly within 2 hours, which will eventually lead to the timeliness of the color coated plate. At that time, the paint will be scratched and removed.

③配槽时应先加钝化剂，后放水。因为钝化剂的相对密度难题，例如钝化剂的相对密度高过水的那时候会导致原材料混和不匀称，会出現钝化处理层与基钢板粘合力不太好，很容易使彩涂板的表层出現漆掉的状况。

③ Passivating agent shall be added before water is discharged during tank preparation. Because the relative density of passivator is difficult, for example, when the relative density of passivator is higher than water, it will lead to uneven mixing of raw materials, poor adhesion between passivation treatment layer and base steel plate, and it is easy to paint off the surface of color coated plate.
