每一次到地下停车库,除了被豪车吸引外,还有头顶上整整齐齐、一排排的、长长的,看不见头、尾的矩形管。这叫通风管,是消防必须要做的,通风管在一般地下室中起到通风、除湿的作用,地下车库虽然不住人,但有人员进出,所以同样需要有适合人生存的空气质量;地下室的自然通风口很少,一般只有出入口,是远远达不到所需要的通风量的;更何况地下室往往湿气大,特别是霉雨季节时,必须要有很强的通风才能降低湿度。

1、钢板

钢板是制造通风管道和部件的主要材料,通常使用普通钢板和镀锌钢板两种,镀锌钢板表面有保护层,可防止腐蚀,主要用于防潮风管系统。

2、不锈钢板

不锈钢板具有较高的塑性、韧性、机械强度和耐腐蚀性,常被用于化工领域的耐腐蚀风管系统中。

3、铝板

包括纯铝及合金铝,普通合金铝板机械强度高,耐腐蚀性差,通风工程用铝板大多为纯铝和退火合金铝板,由干铝板较软,碰撞时无火花,多用于有防爆要求的通风管道。

4、塑料复合钢板

在普通钢板上粘贴或喷涂一层塑料薄膜,即塑料复合钢板,具有耐腐蚀、弯曲、咬合、钻孔加工性能好等特点,常用于空气净化系统和通风空调系统。

7、复合材料

复合风管是采用复合材料制作而成的风管,有橡塑复合风管、氯氧镁通风管道等多种,一般由两层高强度无机材料和一层保温材料为基材,采用胶粘技术和特殊的结构组合、连接。

所以不同材质的风管性质方面有所不同,一般在选择风管的时候,必须要考虑材质的特点,是否适合当前施工环境,是否适合当前的施工目的以及效果,使用后通风效率如何等因素,综合衡量,选择合适的材质。
